The goal of Human Rights Happenings is to connect donors to grantees and grantees to each other around important domestic human rights information and activities. We also seek to keep those outside the immediate USHRF community up-to-date on the work being done to utilize a human rights framework in the United States in order to illustrate the added value of a human rights approach, and garner more support for it.
We greatly appreciate all the positive feedback we've received from our readers. Here's a sampling:
- "it was the perfect summary of what's been going on in a very digestible format with great links"
- "Great that you all are doing these monthly!"
- "I'm so excited to get this newsletter!"
- "Love the new Happenings and the USHRF website."
